For your safety and ours, we have implemented the following COVID-19 policies. These policies are subject to change as new information becomes available.
At this time we only offer private tours and charters for families / groups living in the same household. Max number of passengers is 10.
Crew members will wear face coverings while onboard. While passengers are not required to wear face coverings, they are welcome to bring and wear their own personal coverings or masks.
For the time being, we will not be serving beverages onboard. Passengers are welcome to bring their own self-serve drinks and snacks. Please avoid glass containers. You are welcome to bring a soft-sided cooler.
Adult passengers are not required to wear life vests while onboard unless directed to do so by the crew. Children under 14 years must wear a lifevest as required by law. Our life vests are cleaned and sanitized between each use.
Dry storage space is limited onboard as space normally available for passenger gear is temporarily used to store additional cleaning supplies and equipment.
If you do not see a Dolphin Expedition trip available in our scheduled public calendar that fits your plans, or you try to book for a larger group, please do not hesitate to call, or email, us with your request. We may have public and private charter dates available.
Online tickets can be purchased with: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Taxes and all fees are included in the ticket price. Gratuity to our crew is not included. Prior to purchasing tickets, please review all policies below.
All passengers are required to sign a boat and dolphin expedition waivers (a link is provided in the boarding pass). All minors (under 18 years old) must have a parent or guardian sign waivers on their behalf. Waivers must be signed no later than 24 hours prior to the departure. Failure to do so may result in your reservation to be cancelled without refunds.
Tickets purchased using this system are for a single and specific expedition, taking place on the date, time and at the location indicated on your boarding pass.
Minimum number of guests is six. However exceptions may be granted upon request. If the minimum number is not reached we reserve the right to cancel the Expedition, in which case you will receive a full refund.
All reservations are subject to a 48-hour cancellation policy, meaning to receive a full refund you must cancel outside of the 48 hours. Reservations canceled inside of the 48 hour window are not eligible for a refund. However, you may re-schedule your tour or convert your reservation into a gift certificate. No refund for late or no shows. We have limited seats and if you decide not to go it is not fair to us to have to refund your money.
Palm Beach Dolphin Expeditions wants our guests to have a memorable experience with our crew on the water. If the weather is not conducive to having a safe and enjoyable experience (as determined by Palm Beach Dolphin Expeditions), we will do our best to either reschedule the trip for you, or we will refund your money.
While it rarely happens, we do reserve the right to add or cancel trips based on weather and demand, or events beyond our control. We will always try to give as much notice as possible.
Since the dolphins are not tracked using damaging sonar, or constant boat or aerial surveillance, they can be, at times, elusive. If you don't see dolphins we will offer you the opportunity to join us again on another free Dolphin Expedition. This offer is valid for life and does not expire. However, it is non-transferable and guests are booked on a stand-by basis.

We realize that you care about how your Personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. We may receive and store any information you enter on our booking site or provide to us in any other way. The types of Personal Information collected include your full name, credit card information, email address, zip code, IP address, browser information, username, password, historical purchase data and any other information necessary for us to provide our services. The Personal Information you provide may be used for such purposes as responding to your requests for certain services, customizing the content you see, and communicating with you about new services.
We may use your email address to contact you for administrative purposes, customer services purposes, promotional purposes, to address intellectual property infringement, rights of privacy, or defamation issues. We may receive a confirmation when you open an email from us if your computer supports this type of program. We may use this confirmation to help us make emails more interesting and helpful. When you receive e-mail from us, you can opt out of receiving further e-mails by following the included instructions to unsubscribe.
